白帝城是由玉露和磨面寿跨种杂交的后代，所以它的整体形态像玉露，但叶片上的“窗”又极具磨面寿的特点。植株无茎或有短茎，叶肉质，集生茎上或辐射状基生，叶片呈莲座状排列，有绿色或粉红色条纹。

 Haworthia Hakuteijyo （White Emperor City）is the offspring of the crossbreeding of Haworthia cooperi var. pilifera and Haworthia pygmaea, so its overall shape resembles Haworthia cooperi var. pilifera, but the "windows" on the leaves are highly characteristic of Momian Shou. Plants have no stems or short stems, fleshy leaves, clustered on stems or radiating basal, leaves arranged in a lotus seat shape with green or pink stripes.
